- If you haven't received your new Hema Mobiel simcard, it's not possible to request number portability yet. As soon as you received the simcard, please come back and fill in the form below.
Number porting
If you want to keep your current mobile phone number while switching to Hema Mobiel, please fill in the form below for free number portability.
- Please fill in the fields below and click “Save”
- You will receive an SMS message within several minutes. This SMS message contains a 7 digit code (2 letters, 5 numbers), used to verify your phone number.
- Reply to the received SMS with only this 7 digit code (2 letters, 5 numbers).
- You will receive a confirmation containing the porting date within 2 working days.
